Project/ Full Course Link: Addressing Hidden Objections

Course Overview:  This is the  5th of 7 modules in an Articulate Storyline sales training course to support financial products staff in increasing sales of add-on products. This module focuses on identifying fears that prevent clients from defining/sharing sales objections. (Full write-up available on E-Learning Page)

Description: This  Storyboard breaks down all visual, audio, text, and interactions for slides/layers. It reviews preferred navigation design standards to flow with previous course materials and reduce cognitive load on learner interactions. More complex slide interactions are described in detail including suggested use of variables for interactions.

Description: This design document breaks down the overall goals and Learning Objectives, Deliverables, Training outline and Assessment plan to establish the parameters of the project prior to creation of the Storyboard.


Project/ Full Course Link: Cashing In on SPIFF Opportunities

Course Overview: This Articulate Rise course taught national, retail sales staff about the impact of high-profit sales bonuses (SPIFFs) on pay for top earners in the company and provided instruction on how to calculate and track sales with a provided job aid. It was designed to precede in-person instructor-led sales training by managers. (Full write-up available on E-Learning Page)

Description: This design document lays out business goals/problems, summarizes the target audience, terminal and enabling (knowledge-based) Learning Objectives, the deliverables to be created, a training outline, and an assessment plan. For this Rise project, no storyboard was created, but feedback was provided through Alpha-Beta-Gold iterations of the course.  The course was designed to meet the needs of both tech-savvy and paper-and-pencil-wielding learners with tools and guidance for both.
